Our fun and active Iyengar yoga for teenagers course is tailored specifically for young people aged 13-17.
Course teacher: Lucy Morris

The Yoga for Teenagers classes run during term time and can be booked in advance. Lucy Morris has been teaching Iyengar yoga since 2003 and has extensive experience teaching Iyengar yoga to teens in schools across North London. Her classes are fun, active and informative.

Class prices
£70 for the term (pro rata for new students who join after term starts).
Learning yoga can help you build confidence, calm your mind, strengthen your body and increase self-awareness. This class will help develop awareness of your body’s alignment and learn stretching techniques that can help counteract the effect of hours spent sitting at a desk and using screens.
