Suitable for people of all ages who are new to yoga, these classes give you the chance to try the Iyengar method with one of our expert teachers.

Places are limited. We provide yoga mats or you are welcome to bring your own.

How to book

New to Iyengar yoga and want to know where to start?

What to wear to your free Iyengar yoga taster session

We recommend you wear clothes that let you move freely, but aren’t too baggy. Most students wear shorts or leggings and a T-shirt. You’ll be practising yoga in bare feet, so you won’t need any socks (just leave your shoes on the racks by the entrance to the studio).

What happens after your first class

If you enjoy your free taster class and would like to continue learning Iyengar yoga with us, you can follow up with our Introduction to Iyengar yoga Course – a six week course covering all the basics. Alternatively you can come to any of our Beginners level classes.
