with Garth McLean
We are delighted to welcome back Garth McLean to Maida Vale this September for a Yoga and the Nervous System workshop weekend.
Recognised internationally for his work with neurological and movement challenges, Garth brings a compassionate, inclusive approach to Iyengar Yoga. Rooted in the Iyengar tradition, his teaching combines extensive experience, creative adaptation, and accessibility to empower students of all abilities to move beyond perceived limitations.
Garth is a senior-level Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT Level 3 / Intermediate Senior III), a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), and an approved Professional Development Provider with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
Garth is a published author of Yoga and Multiple Sclerosis, A Practical Guide for People with MS and Yoga Teachers, (Singing Dragon Books, London 2020).
All levels are welcome, at whatever level of ability. No prior yoga experience is necessary, especially for those who wish to explore yoga to address a neurological or related functional /movement challenge. Experienced students and teachers who are interested in the focus are welcome to attend.
